Integrations: Incident Maps

FireMapper Incident Maps provides a central view of all active incidents and their corresponding FireMapper map, using CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) integration to automatically generate and manage FireMapper maps.

This feature is configured per customer and integrated with your CAD system. When an incident is created in your CAD system and assigned a Map ID, the corresponding map is automatically created in FireMapper.

Incident Maps will display live incident details such as the Incident Status, Type and the relevant Incident ID, with optional links back to your CAD or COP. You can also filter your Incident Maps by last activity, map name or distance.

Note

Please note that you won’t see the “Incident Maps” tab on your FireMapper Portal and Mobile Apps unless you have requested us to set up an integration between FireMapper and your CAD system.
